Chief Executive Officer Of Amalgamated Security Services Limited Attended The Business Development Meeting At The Chaguanas Borough Corporation

Business Development: Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Trinidad and Tobago, H.E.José A. Serulle Ramia, in collaboration with H.W. Mayor Gopaul Boodhan held a Business Development meeting on Saturday July 6th 2019.

Members of the Chaguanas Business community were invited to partake in this meeting to explore the opportunities for increased trade with the Dominican Republic.

The Implementation Agency for Crime and Security together with the assistance of the Montreux Document Forum held a workshop seeking to enhance regulation, oversight and Governance of the Private Security Industry within the Caribbean Region at Customs House, Port of Spain from 4th – 5th February, 2019.

At this workshop, Mrs. Pamela Hosein, Chief Executive Officer of Amalgamated Security Services Limited presented and moderated on topics: - 1)Regulating the Private Security Industry: What is Needed? “Looking ahead – regulatory framework for advancing the Private Security Industry” and 2) The Private Security Industry in the Caribbean: Issues, Challenges and Needs.

Mr. John Aboud, Regional Director of Crime Stoppers Trinidad & Tobago attended the 2018 Crime Stoppers International Annual Conference and Annual Awards Ceremony held on October 29, 2018 to October 31, 2018 in the Hague, Netherlands.

The Annual CSI Conference is a forum that brings together senior law enforcement officials, policy makers, crime prevention NGO's, media and Crime Stoppers program members from around the world to discuss changing patterns in criminal activity, share best practices and discuss solutions. The theme of this year's conference, "Creating Alliances Against Crime."
