• March 2019 - Amalgamated Security acquired 100% shareholding of Massy Security (Guyana) Inc which operates in the Cash Services, Guarding and Alarm Monitoring fields .

• February 2019 - Awarded triple world class certification; ISO 9001, ISO 18788 and PSC-1 for a three (3) year period subsequent to successful completion of stage 1 and 2 audits conducted by MSS Global.

• December 2018 - Mrs. Pamela Hosein, inaugurated as the New Chief Executive Officer of Amalgamated Security Services Limited.

• December 2018 - Mrs. Pamela Hosein, Director awarded Empowered Woman of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).
