The control centre possesses the ability to remotely upload/download security system software data and remote authorized programming and can also receive system signals by telephone lines, IP protocols and wireless transmissions in any frequency range. This capability can also be configured to apply in either a one-way or two-way application. Our Central Monitoring Station has attained the international Installation Quality (IQ) Certification, which is granted to companies that have met and surpassed stringent technical and customer service standards of quality with a focus on being false alarm free.
Our intruder monitoring capability is successfully sustained by technology, facilities and dedicated staff that are well equipped and trained. The computerization of our operation means that all alarm signals received at the monitoring station as well as the actions taken by our monitoring operators are automatically recorded. ASSL also offers a wide range of alarm verification service, to confirm that the alarm activation is in fact a real emergency.
In the event of an emergency, our clients are assured that an Emergency Response Unit will be dispatched to the location. Our emergency team is comprised of highly trained officers who are fully equipped to handle varying situations including armed confrontations, intelligence that deals with industrial espionage, information security, and surveillance and counter surveillance. Additionally, all our officers in the field have the support/back up of our armed mobile patrol units.
