Data and Technology Services (DTS) was originally established as the Geospatial Technology Services Division as a supplier of GIS, GPS and telematic solutions.

Over the past decade, the division has evolved into a major supplier of technology solutions within the public sector in Trinidad and Tobago and has made headway into private sector businesses and the regional market.

Our strong background in technological innovation has been recognized internationally by CIO Magazine at their 28th annual CIO 100 Awards, where the division was selected by its editors, out of 100 international companies as an innovative organization that uses ICT effectively to create business value. In 2015, the division was also honoured by locally TTCSI for use of innovation and technology in service. DTS has continued to expand its market share, particularly in the realm of national security and law enforcement, fleet management and telematics, geospatial data and data science, cyber security, electronic monitoring, software development and communication equipment provision.
Mr. Ewart DeNoon has held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the past 20 years. He was also appointed on the Board of Directors for the ASSL Group in 2020. Mr. DeNoon provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure Information, Communication Technology (ICT) environment.<br><br> As CTO, he has direct oversight of ICT operations, systems delivery and integration in locations across the Caribbean and its subsidiaries. Mr. DeNoon has attained a track record of surpassing goals and expectations for quality, schedule and cost while implementing leading-edge ICT solutions. Throughout his career, he has been the recipient of numerous awards, honors and accolades.<br><br> Mr DeNoon graduated with honors with a double major BSc. in Computer Engineering and Business Management. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Data Loss Protection and Encryption Specialist, Certified Ethical Hacker and Countermeasures.
Shane Ragbir is a Geospatial Technology Industry Executive, with 10+ years of initiating and delivering sustained results and effective change for organizations across a wide range of industries including security, marketing, non-governmental, finance and engineering. <br><br> His major experience lies in strategizing and managing cross-functional teams to innovatively leverage geospatial technology to generate business value and bring about fundamental change and improvement in strategy, process, and profitability, both as a leader and expert consultant.
Ornella Supersad has worked in the geospatial industry for the past eight years, gaining experience in product development, project management and sales. As a seasoned Geospatial Product Specialist, she is passionate about providing exemplary customer service and constant improvement of the IntelTrack solution line. <br><br> Apart from her geospatial background, Ornella is a Certified Intelligence Analyst and currently serves as the Vice President of The GIS Society of Trinidad and Tobago.
