Today, it is an absolute privilege to stand before you as the Chairman of Amalgamated Security Services Limited. I am filled with immense pride and joy as I address this gathering of exceptional young minds who have demonstrated their brilliance and dedication through their outstanding performance in the 2023 Common Entrance Exam. Your remarkable achievements have brought you to this pivotal moment, where you are now recognized as the pride of our organization and the torchbearers of the Anthony Joseph Foundation.
This foundation was founded to pay tribute to an extraordinary individual who deeply touched my heart and maintained an unflinching dedication. It honours the enduring legacy of Anthony Joseph, a paragon of commitment and loyalty within our company. Anthony not only revered education and comprehended its significance but also recognized how its absence can impact one’s journey. With this perspective in mind, his legacy now guides the way for countless young scholars, illuminating their paths toward a brighter future.
Since its establishment in 2016, the foundation has extended its supportive arms to over 300 students, all of whom are the sons and daughters of our very own Amalgamated officers. And today, as we stand together, we celebrate a new cohort of excellence, with 48 deserving candidates qualifying for its benevolent embrace.
To you, our gifted students, I offer my heartfelt congratulations. Your hard work, determination, and unyielding focus have not gone unnoticed. Your parents and guardians, whose unwavering support has been a cornerstone of your success, deserve our sincere appreciation. Their sacrifices and encouragement have paved the way for your achievements, and they stand as a testament to the values that define our Amalgamated family.
As you embark on this new chapter of your academic journey, I encourage you to uphold the ethos that defines both our organization and the Anthony Joseph Foundation.
