Our investigators and associates have extensive investigative experience; many have worked in the Police Service, operating in departments such as the Criminal Investigations Department, the Fraud Squad, Special Anti-crime Unit, the Anti Kidnapping Squad and the Special Branch. Below are short Bio-Sketches on some of our investigators and associates.
Maurice Aboud holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry with an emphasis on Forensic Science from Florida International University.  He also has a Master of Science degree in Forensic Science from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science from the University of New Haven. Dr. Maurice Aboud is also a trained Executive Protection Agent and a Certified Protection Specialist. He has done training in Advanced Crime Scene at the Westchester County Forensic Science Laboratory.
With over forty-three (43) years in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service and retired as the Acting Deputy Police Commissioner. He has been with ASSL for the past four (4) years and has made great strides in the improvement of our Crime Prevention Tactics and aided in designing our Investigations Methodology. He is also a liaison between ASSL and the Ministry of National Security and the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. He is the holder of an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice.
With over twenty-five (25) years in the private security industry. He is also the holder of a Masters degree in Management and is a National Rifle Association (NRA) Firearm Instructor. Mr. Aberdeen is also a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Professional Certified Investigator (PCI).
