The company’s headquarters is located at Parcel No. 517 S-T, Parcel No. 17 P-Q, At Garden Road, Arranguez, Trinidad, and Tobago, and has divisional and sub-divisional offices located at thirteen (13) strategic locations across the country. As demand for its services grew, the company also as has several related companies located across the Caribbean. These include Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada, St Vincent, and Guyana with other countries in planning stages.

1997:1998 – The only private security company to manage on behalf of a government prison correctional facilities. The only private security company to be given responsibility under contract to manage a remand boy’s facility for first offenders.
1996 : Present – The only private security company in the Caribbean region to be awarded a contract with a Caribbean state to transport prisoners on behalf of the government from all correctional facilities to the courts.

March 2019– Amalgamated Security acquired 100% shareholding of Massy Security (Guyana) Inc which operates in the Cash Services, Guarding and Alarm Monitoring fields.
