Dr. (h.c.) Michael Aboud, Executive Chairman of Amalgamated Security Ltd. (ASSL), was honored by the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service during their retirement luncheon for passed Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners of Prisons in commemoration of the Prison Service’s 180th anniversary. Dr. (h.c.) Aboud’s company started partnering with the Prison Service since 1995.Â
The retired Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners of the Prison Service have devoted many years of their professional careers to the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service and as such are commendable for their unwavering commitment to their service. The persons honored at the luncheon included:

It is worthy to note that Amalgamated Security is the only Caribbean company to provide prisoner transportation for a government, taking convicted and remanded prisoners to and from all courts within Trinidad and Tobago. ASSL has partnered with the Prison Service in more ways than just transportation alone. A bond was formed between two organizations where the men and women work assiduously alongside each other in an effort to support restorative justice whilst establishing a friendly partnership.
