Good evening to our directors, fellow Executives, Management staff and coordinators of this happening and our long service awardees for 2021 ,their guest and fellow officers, spanning over four decades.
Today is another important milestone for all concern as we celebrate our recognition of our long serving staff members, spanning 10 15, 20, 25 and 30 years.
In all cases I remember when you first walked through our doors young, eager and ambitious to work and in some cases your first job ….
Some 40 years later we are her gathered to celebrate what I would refer to as the ideal stance to represent what this service time line means….
Its about devotion, commitment and most importantly your loyalty and personal and family sacrifices made over the years to the organization and in support of its pursuit to be a successful enterprise, while providing a secure and safe environment for its people our family, while gaining the respect and being seen as a leader in our business sphere both locally and regionally.
At this time, I would like to say thank you for all that you have done for ASSL and I look forward for many more decades of service, as we plough through these difficult times with uncertainties and challenges which would not be new to our team
I ask God to continue to bless us with his divine Mercy, his protection for our families and good health so that we can continue uninterrupted with our commitment to our, God, family, country and Company.
It is important that at this time I make mention that the leadership and senior positions of the organization has come from within and this in itself speaks of the DNA of the organization and what your can expect for yourself through hard work and time…….
You all would know who these individuals are and while the whole architecture of our leadership is from within, I would like to call out some names in case the audience is unfamiliar, so these would be people like and please bear in mind that the list is not exhausted but a sampling so forgives me if I left out names in error.

In closing I would like to say we could not be here without you; we are nothing without you and you are who we are ……I could only hope that these simple declarations resonate in such a way that we all comprehend that this is about us its about team work and it’s about responsibilities and the understanding, what each and every one of us should hold themselves answerable for ….
